| Shipping And Handling Post and Packing will be added to your order as followsPost and packing will normally be charged at £4.99 per order except where specifiedExceptions to this are as follows -LIghtweight goods such as small gift items, books, bulbs etc will be charged at £3.99Large filters and heavy items will incur a charge of £9.99 per order.Bronze ornaments will along with a few other exceptional items be charged as per P&P on each item.You only pay shipping and handling once no matter the size of the order. The amount charged will depend on the most expensive shipping charge incurred. |
| Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. If the item is in stock we will normally send your order to you within 7 working/business days. Should the item not be in stock or a non stocked item we will let you know by e-mail an approximate delivery date . A faster delivery service may be possible, eg next day or 48 hour delivery. This will incur an additional delivery charge. Please email or telephone us with your requirements and we will respond by return to advise you of the costs prior to you confirming your order. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
