CUT XMAS TREES IN STOCK NOW! Remember that if you buy a cut Xmas tree saw about 1 inch off the bottom of the trunk and get it into water as quickly as possible. This helps to keep it looking at its best longer.

With stunning cyclamen other popular Houseplants in stock now it is worth checking out how to keep them looking good longer. Read on......

Cyclamen don't like water on top of the corm (bulb like swelling below the leaves) so water from below or down the side of the corm. Whenever a leaf or flower looks past its sell by date take hold of the stem and with a twisting and pulling motion pull it cleanly away from the corm.

Poinsettias can be notoriously difficult to look after especially if they have been grown in a very hot environment on the nursery. Water little and often. Do not leave them sitting in water. Keep away from draughts.

Xmas flowering Cacti don't like being moved suddenly when in bud or flower. Be careful if you have to move them.
